This is open to individuals interested in learning more about the wide variety of aspirational green careers within horticulture. Teachers and careers leaders are also encouraged to join to support career choices within education.

About the session

Join us for a session where you’ll hear from people working at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), helping you to understand your own potential green career in horticulture. This virtual event includes conversations and a live Q&A with approachable and passionate people already working green jobs within the horticultural sector.

We will provide insight and advice about starting your career journey, and give you an understanding of the various routes into the sector. You will also get to hear of opportunities to gain more practical experience prior to looking for entry-level positions and training at the RHS.

Speakers and format

Leif Mann, Horticultural Careers Engagement Officer at the Royal Horticulture Society, will be joined by colleagues Janet Manning, Water Management Specialist and Malcolm Anderson, Head of Sustainability.
