The Green Careers Hub for your next step towards a sustainable future.

The Green Careers Hub will be a space for users to access resources and careers information which relates to their current and future, skills, knowledge and experience.

What to expect

Sustainability is relevant to everybody, across all sectors, and we are building the space to support that journey.

To showcase and inspire green careers, jobs and skills in the workplace, we’d like to introduce the Green Careers Hub, supporting our agenda of a world where all jobs are greener.

As we move to a green economy, all employees will need to think about how they can impact green organisational goals and fulfil their roles more sustainably.

Key features

Launching in 2023, the Green Careers Hub will be relevant to everybody, regardless of the stage of their career. It will act as a connection between individuals, organisations and educational institutions.

Our partners

The Green Careers Hub is a collaborative space, based on input from a wide range of credible organisations with an interest in the green agenda. Lead by IEMA, the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, we will be working with numerous partners to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date.

The Green Edge

A newsletter that investigates and writes about the skills that people will need for the Green Economy and Net Zero.

Content With Purpose

Content With Purpose (CWP) is a strategic content creator that works in partnership with leading member bodies and associations; engaging professionals on their industries' contribution to solving the climate and ecological crisis.

Itineris

Itineris is a digital marketing agency designed to accelerate growth. A team of digital change makers transforming data into actionable insights and focusing on the best opportunities to test, learn and grow.

Funding

This ambitious piece of work is being undertaken because green careers are critical to the net zero transition and creating a sustainable economy. Initial work and resourcing has already been invested from IEMA, however, the extent and speed of impact will rely on securing additional funding and support.

The Green Careers Hub therefore requires additional financial support and the website will be an opportunity for organisations to support the wider green agenda and sustainable workforce of the future. The purpose of this funding is to ensure that we have the ability to build the Green Careers Hub to the final all-encompassing site that we envisage and believe is needed.
